@ 200 Hour
Recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Registered 200-Hour Yoga School, alchemy of yoga is wholeheartedly dedicated to the art of self-discovery. Silvia, an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience, and Emily Perry, ERYT-500 Yoga Instructor, will both serve as your compassionate mentors.
These trainings will transform your fears and ignite your passion, whereby happiness becomes your natural alchemy once again. More than simply mastering yoga poses (although this will happen), you will become more self-aware and self-confident in living your authentic dharma.
